My husband called to order a pizza and the new choc cookie pizza not only did he wait on hold for 5 mins but once the guy got on the phone he was very rude and told my husband that none of the stores had the choc chip pizza cookie which we found out later was incorrect. We called the store on Southfield in Shreveport not only was the guy very nice but they had the cookie. So we ordered from them. I immediately called the store in airline back to cancel our order and I sat on hold for 23 minutes…during that time our pizza arrived and showed them the phone that we had been trying to cancel. This is very poor service! I understand that they may have been busy but being rude is not acceptable!
Delivery personnel dropped my food (chicken poppers) on the floor and she said she’ll be back in 10 minutes with a new batch. 30 minutes passed, I called this store to ask what happened to my food, they said the driver came back and knocked on my door, if there was a knock, I should have heard it since I was aware that the driver is coming back. Driver didn’t even call and store didn’t do a follow up. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I’ll never order from Papa Johns again.
Great food!. I always order from Papa Johns on Airline in Bossier. Great food & fast service. I can only remember my order being wrong once, their manager on duty was super helpful and remade my order, he even gave me a discount for my wait! I wish they wore name tags so I knew his name, but he had the bluest TO DIE FOR eyes! I’ll be a life long customer as long as they keep up the good work, Dominos & Pizza Hut just can’t compare!
