This is my favorite seafood place around. The seafood platter is my go to when I’m incredibly hungry. The crawfish etouffe is what I go for when I want a smaller, yet filling lunch. When it’s crawfish season, this is the only place that lives up to my Cajun dad’s crawfish! Perfectly spicy and always easy to peel. Plus, the butter dipping sauce and Shane’s sauce are great additions! True, they are generous with their salt/signature blend of spices, but if you’re from Louisiana, you’re used to it by now!

BBQ Chicken Plate. On par with the other locations chicken thou maybe a tad more juicy. Fries are over seasoned with Cajun seasoning otherwise ok for frozen. Coleslaw was pretty good. Not the best BBQ but if your looking for something not fried on the menu this is one of just a couple of options. If the BBQ sauce was better it would improve the dish enormously.18 Apr, 2015Shrimp Salad. Good shrimp and a large serving. Blue cheese was good the rest of the salad uneventful.

1 bucket of Salt, please.. We were SO excited to go here. We were celebrating & also haven’t had any southern food in awhile. Sadly I couldn’t eat my meal. Starting with the fried pickles as an appetizer, it was as if a bucket of salt had been dumped in the batter. My meal was no better. Extremely disappointed! Back off on the salt a bit, guys. Salt does not = Southern.

We enjoyed a great family dinner with ages little ones to over 65. Service was good and courteous. Food was good with a wide variety of menu items. Portions were more than adequate for most appetites.

Great, can’t wait to go back. Cat fish is wonderful, can’t wait to go back in May. The fried green tomatoes are the best. I’ll always stop off whatever the time of day I go through Bossier.

My husband and I want to Shane’s in Bossier today and everything was great. We had fried green tomatoes, stuff shrimp, ribs, coleslaw, beans, new potatoes. Everything was descent and priced fair. It was the best fried green tomatoes that I have ever taste. We will be eating there again in the morning. I just wished they had fried soft shell crab.
