Bad management. It is bad, the food is not cooked to order, and the waiters smell of alchol and do not care. I watched other waiters steal tips from one table. Manager said he does not care it is not his money.

Bad cook..very disappointed. The food was not prepared as ask. Someone in party could not have salt so we asked if it could be made without soy sauce or teriyaki sauce and he said okay. But he put it on it before giving him his steak shrimp or chicken he said sorry but when you are use to cooking it like normal but asked to fix different if you are a good enough cook you should know how and remember when someone ask you to fix it a certain way even though it is not the normal way they fix it. Very disappointed. First time eating there but don’t think I would eat it again.

Bad. Food seems to get worse and worse. This is not the place to go for good Hibachi and sushi. Go to Tokyo.

DO NOT EAT HERE! Rude service, sub par food, overpriced and over cooked, and to top it off, they rush you out the door as soon as they can. And if, for whatever reason, you want to, you know, eat your food while it is still warm, prepare yourself for nasty looks from the staff and pushy waiters. 5 minutes after the cook leaves, you are presented with the bill and asked if you need to go boxes. If you don’t leave soon enough, they will clean the grill in front of you (with what I believe is ammonia mixture), releasing a horrid smell not 2 feet in front of you. Then they will proceed to scrap the grill clean of the burn food as you attempt to finish your meal. If you choose this place to easily drop 100 bucks for two people, I suggest you go in to eat and do nothing but eat. Save your money and go to a place you can enjoy.

Mediocre. Got a steak with shrimp… wanted it medium and it came out well done… the service was absolutely terrible, and by the time the COOK got to us the kitchen manager came out and bitched him out in front of all of us about a to go order he had nothing to do with. Basically the food was NOT worth the price… even if the price was half of what it was and the service was awful. Waited 30 minutes for drinks and another 20 for our order to be taken, and then another 30 or so just to get the cook to come out and prepare it in front of us. The regular part of the restaurant im not sure about.

The food is great and I absolutely love the hibachi experience. My boyfriend and I try to eat there at least once a month. One friday we were in a rush and the wait was very long for the grill. A server from the front sushi area came up and offered for us to sit in his section and he would order the hibachi food for us and bring it. We decided to sit there and we ordered the rock and roll sushi while we waited for the other meals. The sushi chef seemed overwhelmed and freaking out and he was yelling at everyone. The server was very nice and he took care of us well but the sushi guy ruined our experience he yelled our entire meal at different servers calling them stupid and saying they can’t make mistakes. I for one believe that is very unprofessional. You could see the bartender and the servers where stressed out by his lack of respect and reasoning skills. I could not imagine working for a person like that he seems very hateful. I asked the server how much longer on the sushi and he asked the chef and he yells at him saying He is busy and it will take awhile. So we got it when we where almost done with our other food. I felt so bad for our server i tipped him well for being so patient and still smiling at his tables even though he was stressed out. I think this place is awesome but dont sit in the sushi bar unless your into old Asian men yelling like its a soap opera.
