Greasy. Oily oily oily got take out and threw all of it away only thing good was vegetables rice noodles and egg drop soup… but everything thing else every bite was like biting into a grape full of oil where it burst into your mouth.. not appetizing and I like everything. ..
Love it here. The service is great, they are very kind to children, the food is good and not over priced. Well worth trying at least once. Very Clean and good service. Our food has always been fresh and fast. Not sure what the issue with others has been with the sushi but our sushi has always been very fresh. Sushi is not supposed to be COLD. its supposed to be room temp to cool with fresh ingredients which Taste China is definitely room temp to cool, not cold. If you are used to COLD it may be you are used to the ones they make and chill. This is not the norm people. If the rice is soft its because its fresh. RIce should not be cold and should not be warm. Please dont discredit a place because of our Americanized philosophy of what food is. I lived in Japan for 5 years and tried all kinds of Sushi and it was always cool or room temp and very fresh. If you want a top of the line Sushi, go to Sushi Gen on Line Avenue. You will see it is also likened to Taste China, except you will pay a bit more but also worth the price.
Terrible. Service is not that great, the lady kept giving us limes instead of LEMONS. They don’t even have a drink menu for alcoholic beverages, they only make well drinks. The portions are VERY small and not worth the money. A seaweed salad there is 1/4 of what you get else where. The general tso’s chicken was not chicken it was crust with sauce, where is the chicken?? the wasabi was crusty and the ginger was dried out. I honestly don’t know how they have made it this long. If you want real sushi and real portion sizes go to sake sushi or kabuki! I will not be going here again, EVER. I have gone multiple times always expecting better results and trying something different. I always end up disappointed.
