Very clean. Owner is a stickler for details. Franchise rules are followed to the letter here. You are guaranteed fresh food as long as it’s before 8pm (they start tearing down an hour before closing) and they are very very particular about cleaning there.Everything on the menu is good. Tips not accepted which is a shame. Samples are put out on occasion but you have to be on the look out b/c some people run up and steal all the samples w/o ever paying for anything!TRADITIONALLY has friendly informed staff but it can be hit or miss. It’s hard to get good help at this type of establishment and sometimes they can only hire who applies. They used to have a store full of college kids who were entertaining and polite but I guess moved on to greener pastures.
