Sooo disappointed!!! When cake was not decorated as specified on the order their suggestion was to scrape the part I didn’t want off & turn the cake around… Really? What happened to the customer gets what she orders!! No offer to redue or refund any of the $150 I prepaid for the cake. Never even going to the store again! I prefer to order online & pay shipping rather than give them another dime of my money!!!!
