Will not be back. HORRIBLE service!!!!!!! We waited for 1hr and 15 min for our entrees on a not busy mon night. We watched as others around us were seated after us and ate before us and left before we even received food. When we questioned our waitress we were told our food would be up shortly (yeah 20 min after speaking with her). Will never go back. Sitting in a restaurant for 2 he’s with toddlers as they watch people eat is not an establishment I ever care to go to again!
Horrible service, but alright food. Go to the one in Lafayette if you are ever around. Now that I live there and go to that one regularly, the one in Lafayette is like royalty to this place. Even the food was nasty compared to the other one. You can find better steak elsewhere in Houma.
Mixed Reviews. The waitress was very friendly and she didn’t miss a beat. My steak was great but some of the others was orders was ok and nothing too special. I will be back.
Bad service! started with manager telling us it would be 20 min. it was more then 30. As we were seated the manager said he would get us a high chair, he never came back. We had to ask the waitress twice to get the high chair. All we ordered was 1 glass of wine, never came. And an order of Aussie fries, when they came it looked like half an order and the fries were over cooked. The only good I can say is: After asking about it we received an entire new order. And they did not try to bill us for the wine that was never brought to the table.
Good Job to Ownership. Having been in the restaraunt bisiness myself for many years, it was great to see an experienced staff dedicated to delivering a great dining experience to their customers. Our waitress, Annie, was bubbly and pleasant when she met us at the table. We ordered a couple drinks and we were ready to order when she brought them to the table. She was very friendly and courteous but not hovering. Her timing was great while keeping up with us dureing our meal, which was fantastic. For me it was the first time i was really able to enjoy a fish entre that was done correctly and presented beautifully. I just wanted to let you guys know that this was one of the best dining experiences i’v had since my wife and I returned from Italy several years ago. Keep up the good work, and Annie needs a raise, thanks for a wonderful lunch.
