Had rest cations for five an…. Had reservations for five people and requested a table. Who the hell likes to eat in a booth? Guess what they tried to seat us in? A booth. Wait another 15 minutes for a table. Then wait 25 minutes for a waitress. Actual timed on a divers watch. We order drinks and appetizers. Took almost 10 minutes to get drinks, tea and water, not mixed drinks. She takes our order, 5 people all different things. twenty minutes passes and she comes back they are out of baked potatoes. How does a steak house not have enough potatoes baked? Piss pour Management is my guess. We finally get out meals. We choose steamed bronchial instead of potatoes.I had the large prime rib medium rare, it was cooked medium well and room temperature. I did not know you could screw up a prime rib that bad.My wife and family’s meals was ok and not hot either. This Outback is the worst one I ever are at. Management needs to be fired.$155.00 for slow sorry service and terrible steaks is a joke. But this was a birthday meal for my daughter and she likes/knows some of the waiters.
