I love the Jambalaya Shoppes Jambalaya. I tried the Chicken Gumbo also, it was fantastic. I am not really a Jambalaya lover, but there’s is not greasy – the chicken is not dry the flavor is to die for. You must try it. I did and will again. The fact that you can buy for a party by the bucket or the cooler that’s a plus. Will be eating there again real soon. Great idea for tail gating or Mardi Gras parades. Will be picking up their gumbo for Thanksgiving dinner. I have enough cooking to do that day. I will let the Jambalaya Shoppe help me.
