Good menu but beware getting spicy boiled shrimp. It was all pepper. I couldnt taste a shrimp at all. I was on fire. It was just pepper. The chicken in the gumbo was in shreds which wasnt so bad as the layer of grease that was floating on top. You should really skim you grease before serving it or at least teach the servers how to avoid the grease in the pot. The gumbo wasnt bad it just couldve been better. My friend had boiled crawfish and also asked for spicy. The top layer of crawfish were covered in seasoning again blazing hot. He had trouble eating them. But got past the top layer to find the ones on the bottom with a more normal seasoned taste. People when you add seasoning after they are cooked they should be tossed before serving them. It wouldve been much better. But there were no saving those poor shrimp though. Idk it may have been a real off night for them. The place was packed, so I dont get it.
