When you are from an area in the country where mexican food is the main cuisine you understand the importance of fresh ingredients and how they play a major role in the most basic recipes. For some reason this place doesnt get it they tried to pass off some salsa that has clearly been refrigerated for some time. They also provided me with some extremely overcooked shrimp and evem forgot a pablano that was described on the menu. When brought to their attention they came back a short while later with a chile rellano.
