I ordered a cheese burger today and it was TERRIBLE. Paid almost $12 for a burger that went in the trash after one bite. It was so salty, I could not eat it. I do not recommend anyone ordering this.
I’ve seen their sign by the road on Pinhook and finally decided to try it. I ordered the chicken salad and was very, very disappointed. The lettuce was what seemed to be iceberg lettuce and a good bit of it was brown. This was probably the most disappointing thing to me. I paid 7.99 plus tax and received a salad that was made with the same quality lettuce you’d find at a taco bell. The chicken was okay but nothing really to brag about. I don’t recommend the salad but I have no experience with any of the other menu items so I can’t really say if the rest of the food is this disappointing. I’d try it again if someone I knew was going there but otherwise I’ll just go to Cafe Lola or some other place that can offer the same service.
Second Try. I had picked up a plate lunch from this little joint a few months back and it left something to be desired, way too greasy. Today, I thought I’d give them a chance to redeem themselves; alas, it was to no avail. The plate lunch was way over salted, in fact, it was barely edible. Don’t waste your money, or your time.
Over priced. I went in for their Tuesday lunch special: spaghetti. Not only was it almost $10 without a drink, but it was so heavily spiced that I couldn’t even eat it! And I’m a pregnant southern girl, I love everything with a kick to it. Also it didn’t even fill me up and the side (carrots) we’re disgusting! NOT impressed…
I’m not sure how… A friend and myself tried office hours today because we kept hearing good things about it. We must both have a hearing problem because that was not the case. I had the veggetable soup. It smelled like it was made with old tea.(Taste was not much better) And, my friend had a cheeseburger. It was a salt lick on a bun covered in mustard. Sorry guys, but we will not be repeat customers.
I’m on my fourth attempt which is, three too many. It’s convenient because of job location but I’m NOT a fan! It’s called office hours but it takes forever to get your food during lunch. By the time you get good it’s time to go back to work and it’s OVERLY priced. Plate lunches are ridiculously priced and even a simple sandwich. No matter how hungry I am I’m not returning.
Not only is Office Hours a great place to work, the food is always amazing. I eat everything from burgers, poboys, all the way to salads. I absolutely love the salads with my honey mustard dressing. What I would highly recommend is the Boss Burger!!! It is the best spicy burger ever! I would suggest everyone trying this amazing burger. I love the poboys too but to me, there is too much bread. Anyway, I love the food and services!
