Ehhn. Let me set the stage for yah. Smoked chicken sandwich with house sauce, signature smoked chicken, pepper jack cheese on a jalapeo bun. The smoked chicken was great but honestly not enough on the sandwich to really notice, like Chuck Norris in the expendables. The kaiser roll takes center stage, and that’s a shame because the chicken is really good. And while the cheese and sauce are present they seem to have forgotten their lines, and the act falls flat on its face. The gouda mac imo needs salt and better gouda.
