Love the Spinach, cranberry salad…… I have eaten at both the Broussard location as well as the Carencro location. I will say that I have always enjoyed my meals at Rotolo’s including FQ in NOLA. However, after a few visits, I am now totally convinced that the Carencro location is better than the Broussard location in my opinion. The waitresses are way more friendly and the cooks are not stingy with the ingredients. Every pizza comes out perfect!! When I am hungry for Rotolo’s, I will always drive up to Carencro……
Odd Experience. Sat down, wait not long, waitress got our drinks. Next think we know our waitress quits and walks out. Only girl left took care of our order and was very efficient. Food took longer then expected, noticed young guys in kitchen were all on cell phones. Food arrived and pizza tasted above average. We will return again.
Incredible pizza! Best in the area.. Ate there for the first time tonight. The appetizer (Chalmette cheese sticks) and the dipping sauce were both great! We got a LG ‘Sweep The Floor’ (crispy fresh bacon, pepperoni, parmesan, cheddar, and feta cheeses) and added Italian sausage and jalapenos. I can honestly say that is/was one of the best pizzas I’ve ever eaten in my life. Holy jeebus. Good service, too. We’ll definitely be back!
WORST EXPERIENCE I EVER HAD. We sat for a while without being waited on. When the waitress finally came we asked to change the channel. It took three times to ask before she finally did it. That was a little annoying but understandable. I ordered an appetizer and a pizza. The pizza came before the appetizer. She did ask if we wanted it and I said ok but then after seeing the pizza changed my mind. We sat there without plates for 10-15 minutes with our pizza getting cold and she checked on all other tables around us then came to us. By that time, we had it and when we finally asked for the check and told her of our displeasure, she said it wasn’t her fault and she seemed to not really care. That just set me off and I couldn’t wait to leave. I will never be back. Food was too expensive for a step above Domino’s. My fianc took ate half a slice and quit, Total waste of money and bad service.
First time visit. Boyfriend and I decided to try out Rotoloz last night for the first time. We had passed it a few times but never stopped before. The food was perfect. We loved it! Everything tasted great and was fresh. The service on the other hand was absolutely horrible. The server was rude from the start. She hadn’t given us a second to look at the menu but expected our drink order and when I asked her what they offered she looked pissed! On top of that she got my order wrong and tried to tell me it was my fault because she heard me wrong, The server had an attitude the entire time. So I would totally recommend this place because the food was wonderful but if you do eat here, I would recommend take out!
Great food, great service, layed back atmosphere. I think I found my new favorite restaurant!
