Crawfish. Was served bottom of ice chest full of broken ones and sticks and clumps of seasonig, very pricey as well not worth the $$$
Love it! Very nice staff and atmosphere!
Terrible!!!. I got the fried oysters with onion rings and had to throw it in the trash. The worst I have ever had
No food available. I ordered 2 appetizers as my meal. After waiting 10 minutes I was told that they were out of one of them. I said the one item would be fine. I changed my mind and ordered onion rings. 20 minutes later they came tell me that they were out of the other app that I had ordered. At this point I’m pretty annoyed but they had already brought the onion rings. I told them I didn’t want anything else. They felt bad so they brought me a little saucer with the nastiest etouffee ever to try to make up for it. They said, this is on the house. Really people? Do you know they gave me a bill for the onion rings and a Dr. Pepper. They charged me 9.00 for that and had the nerve to add gratuity to the bill. Never, ever going back.
I’ve had the burgers here twice, they have some interesting choices. One of which is a patty that is stuffed with pepper jack cheese, dipped then fried and placed in a bun with onions, and lettuce called the Who dat. It’s a beast of a burger and very rich after you get half way through it. Very tasty with great spices on a sweet bun. A must try if you aren’t overwhelmed easily. Don’t let this fool you, I’ve also had the Surf and Turf burger, your basic burger with fried shrimp on it. That was amazing as well. I don’t think you can go wrong with any burger in this joint! Something for everyone.
Best food EVER!. I absolutely love the food at YOUNGS! it’s my favorite place, everyone should try it!
DISGUSTING!!!!. This is the first review I have ever written on any restaurant and that’s because I have never been so dissapointed no let me say DISGUSTED by food like this in my life!! If you are on a diet then this place may be a good place to eat because trust me you will not finish your plate! I had the stuffed boudin eggrolls which were 2 very small eggrolls with a tiny bit of boudoin stuck in them and sliced diagonally in half for $9.00 yes that’s right it’s not only bad food but outrageously priced bad food!! I even gave them a second chance and tried the praline shrimp, now this was $20 for 6 shrimp covered in some kind of thick sauce that tasted and looked like Chocolate with a sprinkling of pecan pieces in there for good measure!! Now I like chocolate like any other walking talking breathing woman but not on top of my Fried Shrimp….just horribly bad!! Now lets talk about the sides that come with this horrid entree, mashed potatoes with a quarter size of bagged gravy on top i.e. think TV dinner! Steamed vegetables with no seasoing like literally zero!! Then they top it off with a 1/2 of a fried pistolette, I have 2 issues with this 1 being for $20 why can’t you give the whole pistolette? and 2 do you know what happens when you expose the inside of the pistolette to grease well let me explain…it soaks up the hot grease like a sponge DUH!!!! I will never eat here again and I hope this will help other people not waste their money as well!
