Foxes pizza in moss bluff has a well maintained dining room and rest rooms. It’s always been clean when visiting. The food is great and customer service is outstanding, even for having a more youthful group of employees. As I have seen some establishments with a younger employee base, where it is non stop cutting up, creating a non inviting atmosphere.As far as the previous comment on them not answering the phone when they first opened their doors…. I seen where they were steadily busy. I commend them for putting their dining in customers needs and service time first before trying to add phone orders only to bog down the staff and create a stressful environment for their new staff. So thank you Foxes for knowing your limits with serving your dining guest first and giving us the quality we paid for!!
Great service and great good every time! They even gave us a free cinnamon sticks order because they had made an extra and saw we had kids at our table!
I have to disagree with the previous review. We have been to Fox’s pizza on moss bluff many times and each time we have received GREAT service and the food was Amazing. When they first opened they did have a very long wait time for to go orders so the phone would be busy often. The owners are extremely nice people and are always trying to have great customer service. Maybe you should go in and eat and try it.
Good Food – Bad Service. We would love to love Fox’s Moss Bluff but we can’t just yet. Maybe it is because they are new to the area…they refuse to answer the phone for to go orders. We have had this problem atleast 5 times in the last month. I called one time for over 30 minutes! Acutally, we would be better driving to the Sulphur location. I even drove to the Moss Bluff location to see if the phone was working. Management said that it was indeed working and that they just couldn’t be bothered with phone in orders. Fausto’s didnt answer the phone either on the weekends and look where it got them. Some of my neighbors have had the same problem too. The newness of Fox’s Moss Bluff will soon wear off and the bad service will have done so much damage that it will close too.
