The name of the restaurant has a twofold meaning. First when barbecuing is done properly the hard wood coals used to cook and flavor the food produce a bluish smoke. We passed by several times and finally decided to try it out. Great atmosphere and very friendly, helpful staff. They helped us through the menu and answered all questions we had. The food was yummy. Will definitely keep this one on the list.
