as far as donuts go, they get 10 stars, but any other food is another story. sadly, non- donut menu itms get a most generous 1.5. basically, get your donuts and milk here. the end. plus they’re open 24/7 n usually have pleasant staff in front of house… just don’t ever ever look into kitchen. you’ll probably lose your appetite. no joke.
Best Doughnuts!!! Forget Krispy Kreme! These are soooo good! I won’t go anywhere else & I live 30 minutes away now! I also recommend their little castle burgers & Cajun fries! Great little local diner. Hole in the wall with a 50’s style decor & run down looking but worth the stop!
Good donuts, breakfasts, burgers. Open 24/7 is great. Friendly staff. Very affordable. Good local eatery. Hot glazed donuts are always available. They even have a donut with bacon on it. Have to put it on my bucket list.
4/14/2018 – Believe it or not… my daughter requested this as her Senior prom dinner spot. I know, but that really happened. And I can’t really blame her… it’s open 24 hrs and the food is really good greasy diner fare… with great doughnuts on top of it! Surprisingly, prom dresses and tuxedoes abounded as we were not the only ones with this idea… the parking lot was full and we were forced to park next door at McDs (closed already at that point.) Three of us had breakfast plates and I had the swiss mushroom burger again… add bacon. The only complaint was that I didn’t get the bacon. Still everyone was satisfied and I forgive the error as the diner was in standing-room-only mode!5/12/2016 Stopped in for dinner with the family. We had a mix of breakfast and burgers. I added bacon to my Swiss and Mushroom burger and my son had the spicy chicken sandwhich. The two girls had a Grand Slam plate and the little one settled for a jalapeo chilli cheese fry. Everything was good and the food came out surprisingly fast. The diner had a nice 50s feel inside with great music playing. It’s a local favorite and definitely worth a visit!Previously…The sign says this is a diner, but it really is a donut shop on steroids! They have burgers, barbecue beef, along with some of the best donuts in the area. They even have hot tamales! Whether you are looking to come inside and sit down in a booth for a dining experience or pick up something good to-go from the drive-thru, this place won’t disappoint.
Love this. I go either Saturday or Sunday morning. The parking situation out front is small but something opens up pretty quick. The service is perfect. The food is made to order, fast, and hot. This is a perfect diner.
Jelly donuts/where’s the damn jelly. Bought jelly donuts and found no jelly this was a great letdown . call and they said they willreplace them and i ask can i get some jelly with these 2 was told she would check. have a nice day
I am sooo glad I live in New Orleans.Because if I lived in mandeville I would be as big as a cow.Those donuts are cra cra good.Was in mandeville for a meeting and after needed some place to eat.Since I don’t eat at chain restaurants McDonalds was not an option for meBut this diner was right next to it.OMG those donutsGlazed, warm. Light and airyIf you don’t do anything else in mandeville,….run over quickly and get one…
