Mix or not. My pallet is not refined enough to tell the difference, but mix or not, that was some pretty good cupcakes. I purchased a dozen for Thanksgiving and they were dense and moist. I found the icing a little sweet, but it was nice and smooth. I will be back again expecially since i was given a 15% off discount with my next order.

A tad pricey. I will agree with other reviewers that the cupcakes are a bit expensive for the size. Most coffee shops have cupcakes brought in that are at least a dollar cheaper and still as tasty. However for those that repeatedly state that the cake is identical to a cake mix like Duncan Hines or great value, I would love to know what cake mix exactly because the wedding cake cupcakes I had today did not taste like a cake mix but did taste like something baked in a bakery from scratch. I shared a cupcake with my husband and although we enjoyed the taste, they are a bit on the sugary sweetness side. Maybe if they reduced the sugar in the frosting and cake and added a fruit filling it would be worth the price. TLDR: For the price they need to give more quality or more quantity.
