High Tea a joke. Don’t waste your time and money on high tea unless you like spending $20-$28 plus tax and tip for very very little food and small pot of tea.

Such a cute place!. I have only gone for lunch and tea and it was very pleasant. It’s fun for a girls outing!

Beautiful and charming! The best tea room in many ways. Tremendous selection of tea – very high quality.Delicious lunch!

Not the Brown Palace!. This tea room can not compete with the Windsor Court or higher end tea seatings in my opinion, but for a Covington tea-fix, it hits the spot! The service is wonderful, the tea and sandwiches (food selection) were equally as good. A bit pricey, but I have come to learn, that some folks prefer the quaint old setting over the commercial service at the larger establishments…so for their money, they are pleased! Browsing the rooms is very nice…owners are friendly and know their stuff. Give it a try, you won’t be disappointed.

WAY overpriced!. It’s been a few years but the taste the visit left in my mouth has still not gone away. My husband and I walked in and decided to order scones to go. The inside is very cramped but is truly a tea-lover’s paradise. When we were charged over $10, I assumed the pastries would be large. We were given a large styrofoam go-box with two very, VERY tiny English-style (round) scones rattling around and three tiny containers with a dollop each of clotted cream, lemon curd, and strawberry preserves. I could not believe we’d paid $10 for two mouthfuls each.
