Eat at Mandeville location on a regular basis and usually love eveything. I was shopping in Covington and stopped in for lunch. Itwas terrible. I ordered the ceaser salad, wilted lettuce, tough chicken, and the dressing was sour. When I complained to my server she was extremely rude. I simply paid for the salad I did not eat , left, and from now on know only to go to the Mandeville location.

Covington location. Great pizza but absolutely terrible service. Very rude on the phone and in person at pick up. Delivery area is a joke too. All that being said I keep going back because the pizza is that good.
Great pizza, not so good experience. Rude phone staff. Inattentive wait staff. Covington restaurant is dingy and has little atmosphere. If you can tolerate all that, the pizza is excellent.
Covington Italian Pie. Food was good, but service was SLOW. On a Friday night, only one other couple at a table here and it took 10 minutes for someone to take our drink order. It only got slower from there! Be sure you are not really hungry and you have PLENTY of time.
You have to watch which IP you’re going to. This one is in Covington. There is also one in Mandeville that is absolutely nasty. This one is fantastic!Great service! Great people! AMAZING FOOD!! Great prices!If you don’t check it out then you’re missing out.
Not bad. The pie is decent. everything tastes ok and the price is alright. wouldnt go out of my way to eat here but you could do much worse.
