Great job on wedding cake. Nonna Randazzo’s did a knock-out job on our wedding cake. We looked at a couple of places, but in the end, we were really impressed by how nice and friendly everyone one in the store was. We wanted a simple cake, and they were so accommodating. They textured the cake exactly how we wanted it, and even textured the kitchen cake to match our wedding cake which was a nice touch. Lauren was so professional and friendly via email/phone with getting the photos, confirming everything, adding the cake pulls, showing us how to move the cake for the reception. Delivery was right on time! The cake itself was beautiful and delicious. Very moist. We went with the almond cake with buttercream icing/filling, and it did not disappoint. We wanted to decorate the layers with rosemary from our garden which they offered to put on at no additional charge when they delivered the cake. All in all, I would highly recommend them! (Also, we found that they were much more reasonably priced. I think we saved about $150 by going with them, and they didn’t pressure us to add more to our order which was our experience with another baker.)
Awesome Birthday Cakes. I went to a party with the coolest looking cake. I loved that they made matching tires for the kids to decorate. They had a few items they ordered from the bakery to match all their stuff. So cool! I’ll be going there for sure in the future for all my kids parties! Cake tasted great and the cookies were delicious.
Love this Bakery. You can’t go wrong with a bakery that sells king cakes year around. They have everything I ever need from breads to sweets. Their prices are reasonable and the staff has always been outgoing and friendly. And since it’s warm and cozy, it is a great place to meet a friend for a bite to eat or a coffee. Highly recommend!

Wonderful Christmas Cakes. This Christmas I was looking for something new to bring and the saleswoman suggested a Heavenly Delight Chocolate Cake. I am sooooo glad she did. It was amazing!!! My whole family wants it know as their birthday cakes. It was full of chocolate, had a very original tasting bottom layer and included pecans and marshmallows. Of course, I picked up a king cake and some other types of Italian cookies too. Everything was a hit!! So glad I decided to stop there and order and not just grab a cheap dessert from the grocery store. Thanks Nonnas! I was the hit of the party!
Terrible Customer Service. The Christmas log cake we bought for my daughter’s birthday was a complete disaster. We didn’t open the box until we got the cake home and were disappointed to find that the cake was falling apart! One entire side had come off and the other side had developed cracks. We immediately took photo’s and called the bakery but they were already closed as it was Christmas Eve. We were embarrassed to use the cake but since it was the only cake we had for her birthday we had to. I tried calling the bakery on December 26th but they were still closed so I wasn’t able to get in touch with them until the 27th. I was told that if I had returned 3/4 of the cake to them then I could get a full refund but the best they could offer is a 25% discount on a future purchase. I chose to decline their offer since I will never use their bakery again.
If the attitude of the workers was as good as the desserts, they would have a line out of the door. Who trains them to write on cakes? They managed to butcher happy B day on two separate orders. I will never go back.
