I had always stopped by here on the way home and grabbed something off of their breakfast menu. The last few times that I had visited, the service was okay, but the food not so good. Last visit resulted in some issues after eating the food. Never again.
Terrible experience last 5 times I went! They are extremely rude, management is awful, and food is awful. Will never return. Hopefully they shutdown! Backyard Burgers was way better!!!
Hatdee’s in Denham Springs has the Absolute Best Food. I Love the Mile Hugh Burger!!. I love their food. Their Burgers are the best. Is higher than other fast food places but it is because the other places cannot begin ti compare to the Quality & taste. It is also the only place I’ve seen the Burgers & everything else actually look like the picture/advertisement.
Awful service, incorrect order, way overpriced. If I am going to pay $10 for a fast food combo, I will spend my money on a nice restaurant meal next time. And for $10, my order was wrong after I repeated it three times. I have been twice and tried to use coupons twice. Each time they had NO idea how to process the coupon – even the managers (both times/different managers). And the corporation doesn’t care. I wrote to them and they send a standard reply about thanks for the feedback. I won’t go here again.
The picture says it all – Mile high Bacon Burger FLOP!!!. Ordered a 1/2 lb Mile High Burger – extra lettuce and tomatoes. Simple enough – $8.64 for the burger (w/ tax – NOT MEAL), quick service (first time I had experienced friendly service), and then when I returned home to eat my burger – I saw this.I was expecting something similar to how they advertise this burger – not expecting bacon stacked a mile high, but was expecting a few strips of bacon. This was more like day old bacon bits??? Absolutely embrassing and this is NOT the first time I have experienced terrible food or service here.I grew up with Hardees in Florida, so I was excited about this new location. I will NOT ever spend another penny at this Hardees and I will make sure to tell everyone I know that this Hardees is a waste of time and money!
Went to the one on O’Neal service was ok. But the food is not worth the money.
Hardee’s breakfast is super good as long as you don’t order anything with bacon (they use that awful, limp, pre-cooked bacon). The biscuits are made fresh every morning and taste great! The burgers are just OK. I’d eat them again if I had to but I certainly won’t be running back there for anything but breakfast anytime soon. Worth the trip in the mornings and the staff is super great.
