Delicious as always! This is the place where I fell in love with lamb. Every lamb/goat dish here tastes magnificent. Actually, everything tastes great. There are lots of vegetarian dishes too. Though I’m a meat eater, sometimes I find myself filling my plate with vegetables, actually enjoying the meal, and leaving full and satisfied. If you’re not sure about Indian cuisine, come for the lunch buffet. The price is more than reasonable and you’re sure to find something you love. If you really want to indulge yourself, try the kheer for dessert or drink a mango lassi.

My second visit to Al-Noor. It is a clean little place, very neat, table cloths and what not. There are lots to choose from on the lunch buffet but I kind of find that even though everything is well spiced, there are not any items that are fiery spicy, which is something that I am fond of. I do love a nose running Vindaloo or Curry. That said everything on the buffet is tasty and flavorful, just no heat. Good nan, nice service, friendly folks, I’m jealous that Baton Rouge has so many good Indian options as opposed to my home area, the North Shore, where we have none and even perhaps more than the South Shore.
