Service is beyond horrible , save your time and go to pluckers or hooters . The people they hire have bad negative attitudes band don’t want to be bothered by customers who pay their salary

Seriously the worst service in Batin Rouge. Is obviously a management issue. It took well over 20 minutes to order drinks. People were waiting to be seated for almost half an hour whiles the tables were empty. They need new management asap.
Frozen food. Nothing good to say about this place the boneless wings are like chicken nuggets with sauce poured on them. even the fries tasted generically frozen.
Customer service is a non factor we waited on someone to take just our drink order well over 12 minutes, before deciding we weren’t staying while watching their staff outside taking selfies, cleaning tables other tables around us bu No one took a moment out of their not so busy schedule to do there job, oh well such is life on our way to Highland Road where the customer service is always on point
Another Place Never To Return. I went here as a last resort because the other two places I went to were horrible. BWW beat the previous two. It was during an LSU game, which means service is horrible. The waitress said she’d be right with me. 10 minutes later, she said the same. Another waitress said the same. Finally, a third took my order, though I should have left. The drink and food arrived and my last bit of service left. I sat at my table for 30 minutes thinking to order another beer, but still no service. I tried to stop other waitresses only to get weird looks or cold shoulders. I finally was able to get my bill and I promptly departed.
STAFF IS AWFUL. I have tried this place several times, because who doesn’t like chicken wings. Every time, the food is tasty but the service is abysmal. I have given up.
