Gave this location another shot, then waited 11 minutes between ordering my drink inside and getting my drink.15 Oct, 2014SOOOO SLOW!!!!! I won’t be back since my Americano was literally only warm milk in a cup. No coffee. Also, I never get a receipt. Very annoying! This location is truly awful.

Service Is Very Inconsistent. CC’s really needs to take a look at how Starbucks trains their employees. The drive thru service is very inconsistent and frustrating. Someone takes your order at the speaker and then the person at the window asks again what your order is as they sort thru the orders. I don’t get how they can’t keep the orders in order! I have learned to taste my coffee drink before I drive off because many times it’s incorrect. Also, I never really know how my latte will taste. Each employee makes it differently. Sometimes it tastes wonderful and sometimes awful. Of course, the awful one could be the wrong order given to me! Clean up your act, CC’s! You have some delicious coffee drinks, but your execution leaves a lot to be desired!
Worst service ever. The guy forgot my cinnamon roll and I had to remind him. He made a caramel mochassipi hot but I said I want it iced. When I tasted it, it taste exactly like dirty water. You will not see me again
