Amazing!. I ordered the blackened fish with the veggie of the day. This amazing fish and cajun corn are both absolutely perfect! So much so, in fact, that I had to type my review before I even finish eating ’cause I just want to tell everyone about it! The fish is flaky and spicy and the corn is just the right mix of seasoning and veggies. I’ll most definitely be back!
So good!. Decided to give this a try at the Wednesday Food Truck Round-up, I got the fish platter which is the fish of the day blackened or fried with a side for $9. I choose to have mine blackened, knowing full well it would take longer but not in the mood for fried, and man was it worth it! Not over cooked, perfectly seasoned and the best thing I’ve had in a while! And worth a heck of a lot more than $9 too! I will definitely be coming back here!

I should’ve ordered an extra side of it. We will be looking forward to your other menu items and the return of your famous gourmet bacon-wrapped hot dogs!
