I am not going to talk about the food or service, it has its moments is decent and the sensation dressing was among my favorites. The one thing I can no longer ignore is why if at one point I really liked the food and now I can’t even go in… It’s the kitchen. If you have an open kitchen at least have the decency to be clean and dressed like you care about your job, you are on display for the world to see. Maybe you don’t mind if you scratch your crotch three times and then touch your own food, but no one in Baton Rouge wants that. Have some pride in what you do. I can’t even begin to describe how disgusted I was from watching this kitchen work. No respect for what is ending up on the plates, nobody wants to eat your DNA please keep your skin cells to yourself. If you need to wipe your whole face top to bottom with your hands go to the bathroom, but I promise nobody wants those hands near their food. Not even to mention what happened to GLOVES FOR READY TO EAT FOODS?! Sad behavior, sloppy, slobbish, and dirty.
Let’s see where do I start. Ordered a cheeseburger poboy, took three bites and fed it to my dog. Surprisingly he ate it. Burger was tasteless and obviously a frozen patti. Fries were soggy, greasy and cold. The shrimp on the shrimp poboy we ordered wasn’t fresh either. The best thing about the meal was the honey mustard that came with the chicken fingers. We not only will not be back but would never consider eating in the dirty smelly dining room.
