I love Jimbos boiled seafood, best around, but they never answer the phone!! I live in Prairieville and it’s a little bit of a drive to get there and them not have what I need or want! I guess their business has gotten so big that it doesn’t matter if they lose a customer. Please Answer the phone!!!
There’s other places close by, see them instead!. This place is dirty, outdated, overpriced & rude staff. My advice…simple, there’s other places to close to be treated like scum & overpay for mediocre boiled seafood and filthy live crawfish. I hear they throw unsold crawfish from the previous day into the batch the next day. This would explain the rubbery texture, that is disgusting.

Terrible. I’ve been buying and consuming crawfish from Jimbo’s for years and have loved them because they were consistently delicious. On Sunday, Fathers day, I spent 60 plus bucks on 16 pounds, and they were awful. They were filthy, many straight tails, lacked flavor and dry inside. They didn’t have their usual flavor, little salt and under cooked. seems that maybe they didn’t soak post boiling. Doubt if I will be back. They had a bad bitter taste as well. Sorry to have to post this.
