I’ve been a loyal customer of both La Boilers locations for awhile now. They usually have the best boiled crawfish and boiled crabs. Today changes that for me. My family and I bought 2 dozen boiled crabs and they were absolutely terrible. They had no meat and we mushy and had no seasoning. And it wasn’t just a few crabs that were bad which I can deal with no there were only 3 decent crabs out of all of them. When I called to complain they basically told me I was crazy because they hadn’t received and other complaints.they may not have had any complaints but I’m sure that everyone that bought boiled crabs today will not be going back.
So salty, almost inedible.. I was very excited to see this location as it is so close to my home. But oh my goodness – by far the SALTIEST crawfish & shrimp my family has ever had. So salty that it was nearly inedible! Plus, the crawfish and shrimp were seasoned identical so that they tasted exactly the same. Finally, the shrimp were overcooked. I was so disappointed. I will keep looking.

Not so fresh catfish. I bought some catfish, got them home and refrigerated them. Took them out the next night to fix them and they were spoiled.I was highly disappointed.When I called the next morning, they offered to replace them; but I’d already discarded them. Who wants to keep that kind of crap around?
Most have. My family and I just ate some crawfish and shrimp, WOW. It was so good, I couldn’t stop eating. Best I have ever had.
Awesome. By far the best boiled seafood in Baton Rouge. I’m a repeat customer and it taste the same time and time again! The service is fast and the staff is always nice, and very helpful. If your looking for Boiled seafood, I highly recommend you give them a try. 5/5
