Everyday they’re shufflin. Really, really, really slow service. I watched the cook shuffle in and out of the kitchen and pull the ingredients for my sandwich–one at a time–off the shelf. First the bread, then the capers, then some mayo…and on it went. All at a snail’s pace. Then I noticed that the pace must be a job requirement…the entire staff shuffles about. Intriguing, yes? No. If I’m going to pay $12 for a sandwich, you need to move at warp speed. Two salads and a sandwich–$42. And we waited 25 mins for that–and we were the only folks in there.
