Absolutely best Italian resteraunt in Baton Rouge. The menu has a lot of spins on traditional Italian dishes and all of them are fantastic. I try something new every time and am never disappointed.
NINO’S Local organic farm fresh produce, delicious food, all in a light airy atmosphere, and an intimate setting. The crabcakes with pickled vegetable were perfectly balanced on the palate. I also had the roasted root vegetable soup with spinach pasta, rustic and refined. Grilled romaine salad, savory and deep flavors. Vegetable paella perfectly seasoned and balanced with strong saffron notes. This restaurant sets the standard for an exceptional dining experience from start to finish. The greeting wasn’t very warm or hospitable and even on Valentine’s day. I gave her a pass because of how outstanding the food experience was. Worth every minute and every penny!
