Service is good on the inside. Just got a problem with the take out: 2 nd time in a month and a half Both times items left of to go orders Antoinne why don’t your folks check these to go orders before folks get in their cars and get home to find out something ordered is not there. Called you back few minutes ago and you explicity told me over the phone that my waiter admitted he forgot the caesar salad and the green beans–Well that was a great time to say he forgot it.. GREAT FOOD, GREAT SERVICE. My husband and I along with another couple went to Red Lobster in Baton Rouge on Sunday, Jan 12, 2014. My friend and I had the lobster and steak dinner and it was really good. The steak was tender and tasty as was the lobster. The others in our group ordered Pineapple Fried shrimp along with crawfish and thought their food was very good. We will definitely return. Our waiter’s name was Aaron and he was very attentive and quick when we asked for something.
Sometimes I hate going here because they are slow but last night was a major change. I don’t remember our servers name because I went to the bathroom when he mentioned his name but he is awesome! The kitchen tried to rip me off on the extra snow crab cluster by giving me a cluster with one leg and without asking he came back with more saying the kitchen owed me. Great service.
I have been there about 4 times, the food was ok. What really bothers me is that they always have a wait time for a table even if there are only 10 cars are in the parking lot.
There are some bad reviews below that i highly disagree. red lobster is really good!!! i always get the lobster bisque and i like to dip the cheesy biscuits in the bisque!!! i like to order frozen drinks and i always order something that has crab!!! eat it to believe it!!!
