    had the worst service when i went. i waited 30 mins to be seated then 40 mins for my food to come out. The Waitress came back twice to ask me what did i order again, then when she finally bought my food, my date & I had mixed plates. ( my entree on her plate with her sides and vise versa ) also on my plate she left a topping off my side and bought it to me in a togo container instead of fixing it. my steak was well done but i ordered med well. The manager came to fix my problem and it took an additional 30 mins to get a new plate, by then I missed my movie i had planned afterwards. I’ll never go back to red lobster.

    This place is a big let down in my opinion. The experience is bad right from the word go! We waited almost 30 mins only to find that there were a dozen empty tables inside the restaurant, but hey! they dont care 🙂 Ordered a cup of clam chowder and it took them almost 15 mins to get me some, which was fine but the taste was horrible. Next up was shrimps and rice!I have a serious problem with places where you take a food suggestion from the people who work there and not only does it look absolutely the opposite of what you ordered but also tastes ridiculously bad. No salt in the rice, the prawns werent cooked well, how the hell does this place still exist!.To make its worse there were charges that i was not told of on this specially described recipe! Im deeply dissapointed by RL. Has to be my last visit, yikes!

    Worst dining experience ever!. Let the RANT begin! Just had the absolute worst dining experience of my life at Red Lobster in Baton Rouge! So many things wrong with this place that I cannot even list them all!!! First, our party of 14 waited an hour and 10 minutes for a table. Once seated it took another 20 minutes just to get drinks. Once food began to arrive, we had the privilege of staring at our salads and appetizers while we waited for another 10 minutes for silverware. Then 1 person in our group got filthy silverware (rice clearly visible stuck between the tines of her fork) not once but twice! When entrees were delivered 6 out of 10 were either incorrect, incomplete, or simply inedible and 2 of the 4 children that were with us didn’t even get their food until most of the rest of us were done eating. Then when complaints were registered with the manager, he simply shrugged his shoulders and said the kitchen was closed and there was nothing that could be done but he happily comped the bill by 20%….really? So we only had to pay 80% for incomplete, incorrect and inedible food! Gee thanks!!! And then for the final straw….I walked outside to get some air and upon attempting to return, discovered that they had locked the doors! After banging on the door, 5 different employees came to the door and refused to open it to allow me to re-enter. Then my server went to the manager, Mr. Antoine Pullin, and told him that I was part of the group that she was serving and that ass still refused to open the door! I finally borrowed a telephone from someone in the parking lot, called my daughter inside the restaurant and she came to let me back in….at which point, Mr Idiot Manager comes rushing up with a big goofy grin on his face. Needless to say, I shut him up real quick! I would not be caught dead in this restaurant again! Please feel free to share if you have had a similar experience at this dump! I’ll definitely be sharing with their general manager and corporate office tomorrow!!!!
