The soft shell crab dish , Krab Killian, was super yummy. The Cajun quest with homemade chips is the BOMB! The crabmeat and cheese is delicious and not salty. I shall return.
The first time I ordered I did so via Waitr. I ordered the crawfish avocado salad. Guess what? When it was delivered it was missing crawfish. I called to inform and they apologized saying they bagged it up and forgot the crawfish container. They asked if I wanted to come and pick it up. Um no. Thats why I ordered via Waitr. The second time I placed an order I asked for extra ranch and cheese on a burger in the comment section of the Waitr app. They called me and told me it would be $0.50 for each of the extras. Seriously? Other restaurants have options set up correctly on Waitr to charge you when you modify the order. Get your online menu right. Finally, I call back to speak with the manager and Im told they can not come to the phone because we are in the middle of dinner rush. You dont think I know this? I just placed an order during your dinner rush. Done. I would highly recommend you save your time. Overrated. Horrible customer service.
