Not authentic, not good, not steak. And it takes way too long for street food – you can order and wait and wait for 15-20 minutes. Meat on roterserie is a great Brazillian tradition, and we have had a few restaurants in New Orleans that did a good job (Carnivale on Canal, closed) but these guys put out something at a very low level, so that you can have no love for that Big South American country. Beautiful graphics on truck though.
