This is one of the best places for brunch on the weekends and its out-of-the-wayness ensures that it is generally a local’s only kinda place. Excellent drinks, great food, and friendly service, this place is a gem.
Waiter’s can be totally forgetful, or just rude, the food varies wildly from plate to plate and day to day. Worst pizza ever, never could bring myself to try it again.
We visited this place for the first time on a weekend trip for our anniversary. It’s a very casual, laid back atmosphere. The waiter was very nice and our food was great. They have a great BBQ sauce recipe. Very tasty.
Please don’t let the name fool you. BBQ is worst ever. Other dishes are OK.
decent food, but watch where you park
Overrated. The (relatively) nearby Joint is much better.
Bywater’s daily specials are always great so I almost never order anything from the menu. Their Mexican food, served only on Tuesday, is pretty good too. The pizza is popular with some unusual combinations.
