While visiting New Orleans we ate at Cafe Benet twice, once for breakfast and once for lunch. Their chicken salad croissant was delicious and the breakfast quiche and an order of benets were equally tasty.
We went for coffee and ended up getting breakfast coffee and benet’s. Breakfast is made to order, omelets were perfect and everything was delicious. The setting takes you back many years with their old school Louisiana charm.

Just stop in. We did not have to wait. There was live music, live birds looks for a snack. very relaxing place. Be warned you will get powdered sugar on you. But that is the only way to eat a Benet.
Someone at our hotel recommended this location and we were so happy we did. There was no waiting in line as with a different spot. The environment was friendly, not rushed and the beignets were great. Absolutely a place to visit!
