My vegetarian burger was good but not unforgettable. My boyfriend had meat and it was the same.My problem is the ambiance. No ambiance at all. Cold atmosphere.I won’t return.

The slap ya mama fries are Delish! The perfect combination of spicy and homemade fries, what’s not to go well! The boudin balls are also amazing! Expect to have a few minutes, as it’s made to order.
This place only gets a three because the rare burger I ordered came out medium well–not even any pink at all. The service was friendly, sweet potato tots were good, but $16 for an average (or below) burger and tots is too much.
Charcoals NOLA offers almost every kind of meat imaginable with a wide variety of gourmet toppings. Friendly service and an unpretentious atmosphere along the up and coming Magazine Street corridor. Worth the stop.
We stumbled across this place while shopping on Magazine St. It was one of the best burgers I’ve ever had. We will definitely eat there again!
