Cute food truck – bus, technically – with an interesting concept. I tried their pizza eggroll, and it had a nice amount of spice and and a definite hint of pizza flavor. The marinara/pizza sauce was provided in a cup for dipping rather than in the roll itself, presumably to keep it from getting soggy. Despite that, my roll was still dripping towards the end.At $7 for 2 eggrolls, this truck seems like a better value than some. I believe their menu changes frequently though, so having only tried one thing from them, it’s hard for me to give them an overall rating at this time.
