One of my new favorite food trucks. Got the Trash Grits for $9. They were cheese grits topped with pork, fried egg, sriracha, and probably some other stuff I’m forgetting. It seems like something a drunk person would concoct, but it was delicious.The price is also more reasonable than it seems. I gave away 1/4 of my food and still couldn’t finish it. I could probably split an order of it and at least be sated, if not full.
