Terrific French Quarter burger!. The atmosphere is a bit more current than the adjoining restaurant, but it’s a terrific place to grab souffl potatoes. The burger comes dressed on a French loaf, with lots of marchand du vin on the side. It’s truly decadent, tender, and cooked perfectly rare to order.
