If you are looking for fresh, home-cooked cuisine, you can’t go wrong at Pelican Bay. From the spices to the BBQ sauce, every recipie is an original prepared by Chef Tanzanika Ruffin. The jerked wings are amazing, as well as the honey BBQ and sweet siracha! The catfish is fresh and mouth-watering, and the burgers place in my top five in all of New Orleans! Nothing frozen, nothing re-heated! All fresh!
