The best food truck in NOLA. If you like meat you’ll love this truck. The hamburger is massive. I don’t like coleslaw and I even enjoyed they’re coleslaw.
Would you like a big chunk of meat, or a bigger chunk of meat? This food truck will please carnivores, BBQ-lovers, and the odd passerby lured in with a free sample bite offered by the owner; I fall into that last category. I’m actually not that fond of BBQ, but I’ve revisited this truck more than once, which should tell you something.As of this review, the most recent thing I’ve gotten from this truck are the ribs. I was able to eat the meat off them with a plastic fork; I’m not a BBQ expert, but I think that’s a good sign. They cost $8 and I ate off them three times (supplemented with side dishes).This truck likes to set up on Tulane by the Tulane Medical Center. If you eat meat, give them a try.
