Great place!!!!!. I used to live in the 9th ward and went to Quicky’s frequently for gas. The guys in there are great and always helpful, polite and joking with me. Also they have the freshest meat that I have seen in the New Orleans area in a very long time. I have since moved to the Westbank and I still drive all the way to Quicky’s on Franklin and Claiborne to purchase meat. Now I go only about twice a month to get a special. They bag everything up for you and will even bring it to your car if you need help. I would not purchase meat anywhere else (unless they opened a store on the Westbank, that is!).
