5 Chefs ~ 1 Spot. Roux Carre is an incubator/food hall for emerging chefs and a showcase venue for up-and-coming artists. Our chefs represent African American, Caribbean, and Latin American influences on New Orleans culture. With five restaurants inside our venue, we have something for everyone and free live music on the weekends. Add in the free Wi-Fi & it's a great place to sit and hangout!
