The dream being to open a comfortable, affordable, restaurant with a Southern Centric menu that pays homage to the Caribbean, Asian, and Latin traditions that have served to add Spice and Flare to the indigenous ingredients of the South. Chef Rob Vance utilizes French and Italian technique while finding inspiration from the home kitchens where we all got our first taste of the joy that is Southern Comfort food.
