Pretty good food. I eat here a lot…food is above average and wait staff is very friendly. The fried catfish is good, as is the fried chicken. Nice to be able to get lots of veg choices. Jambalaya is just average for the area. Seafood gumbo is ok, but I always have to add more seasoning. All in all, I never leave hungry and meal is around $10.

Terrible!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. If you are looking for good country cookin’ this ain’t the place; keep it moving!!!!!!!!!!, i go to the buffet with the beautiful piled high fried catfish, it is iced cold! are you serious?!!! then, i get fried onion rings; these were cold also; really?!!! next was the jambayla that was inedible. i went next to the salad bar; and got some peach cobbler from the dessert bar-omg!!! how do you mess up a salad; then the dessert was worst than store bought, i couldn’t finish any of it. if you are remotely thinking of going to this restaurant keep driving in the opposite direction. don’t even waste your time or gas going here because you willbe greatly disappointed and pissed off! but what is more amazing to me and my sister is that the locals were pouring in this this place like this is the best food they ever eaten. in conclusion these people have no clue what good food is suppose like!!!!!! MY NEXT PHONE CALL WILL BE TO ROBERT IRVINE OF RESTAURANT IMPOSSIBLE, MAYBE HE COULD HELP!!!!! WE COULD ONLY HOPE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ithis place is great especially on Sunday! We just can’t believe it is only $8.95. They have a full salad, food, and desert bar. Everything is home cooked. They had butter beans, pepper steak, chicken/dumplings, sweet potaoto casserole, pizza, gumbo, jambalaya, green beans, fried chicken and fish, baked chicken, cornbread, and the lost goes on. I don’t think anyone could possibly complain with so many great tasting choices for such a great price!! Only request is for them to open in the evening!
