It’s a BUFFET!!!!!. To all the ppl crying about bad service: maybe u are unaware of what a buffet is? You go in, get your own delish food, n sit down n gorge! Then repeat! Service is minimal which is what keeps cost down for us consumers! If u no likey, go to an expensive restaurant and I’m sure they’ll b HAPPY to wait on your every need… for a price!
Bad service. The food WAS OKAY,BUT the service was Horrible and no I would not recommend my worse enemy to go there because they are not courteous nor have r respect for their customers

Horrible service. So my friends and I went there to start off our good night. The food was good that wasn’t the problem. The waitress we had was the problem. She was rude, gave poor service and then me already being mad at how she was acting got even more mad when he wrote on a napkin our price instead of giving us our receipt. I’m sorry but that does not seem official enough for me. I’m not going to pay a price that just came out your head to write on the napkins. Then I have her my money, she doesn’t even use a register, nope, she just does it all by head. She gave me the wrong change back but I wasn’t complaining. Take that as a tip and do better next time. Needless to say this sucky service will not have me back there.

To the owner of Chopsticks. Seriously, you’ve got to come there and check your employees sometimes. How rude for one of them to yell at my father when aged he doesn’t understand what she was saying in English! Is that how you run a business, by yelling at your customer? My father just came there to eat, not to be yell at by some kid who has some serious attitude problem. He pays like other people. It isn’t a crime to not know English. Or does your place not welcome Asian people? Do let me know so I can get the words out.Also, I don’t know what you’re paying them for when they dont even pick up the plates that piled up on the table even though they kept passing us several times! Your food is fine, edible and sometimes good.
