This place is so mismanaged it’s unbelievable. I hope the owners like running a failing business. Took an hour and a half to get our food, the orders were wrong and they only had three tables of people in the whole place. Go somewhere else, you will be very disappointed. The whole meal took two and half hours when we were trying to grab a quick bite and they basically serve bar food.
I’ve been coming here for a year now. The food is good; however, lately it has declined. Ate there November 4th with a group of 7 and all orders were wrong. I ordered a shrimp remoulade salad, which has grilled shrimp, and the shrimp came out with batter on them that was wiped off in an attemp to pass for grilled shrimp. Extremely terrible service from the kitchen. Will not return and used to eat there a least once a week with a big group.
Secret diner. Quaint relaxed atmosphere. eat there at least once a week. burgers are the best on the westbank hands down. fresh homemade fries are the best. have never had a bad meal or service. have been eating here since december 2013. service is always good and servers are polite and caring. happy hour not only for drinks but also half price appatisers. love this place!
Not bad but not over the top. This is second time I have eaten here, I had a cup of gumbo the flavour was good, also had a 50/50 sauasage & ground meat hamburger. I did not taste any flavour, it was flat, no spice , nothing, almost like having a fast food burger. Service was polite and friendly but very slow for a lunch crowd that needs to get in and out
Pasta chicken came out cold and they brought it back after they heated it up in the microwave. Even after that tasted terrible. Baked potatoe old and service terrible.
Ok, great atmosphere, great people & even better service. Always witha smile. Food: fresh, delicious & great sized portions. Burgers are off Da Hook!! Thursdays are 2 for 1 drafts & the likes of Andy Gator, NOLA, Stella. It’s a must.
What a fun little place with really good food and great service. I had a meatball sandwich that was to die for. Loved the beer selection and the atmosphere. Looking forward to my next visit.
